April 8th, 1904, Crowley is dictated the Book of the Law, with which to usher in the new Aeon where every man and woman is star, and no longer needs organized religion.
April 8th, 1966, Time published their "Is God dead?" issue.
(April 6th and 7th, 1966, The Beatles begin recording Tomorrow Never Knows, inspired by T. Leary's book The Psychedelic Experience, which was influenced by the Tibetan Book of the Dead).

Great one Linus!
The Heather O' Rourke Poltergeist connection on the other forum is a major foreshadowing btw...feel free to post it here too!
Ebert at 5:42 -- "I'd have been afraid to go to bed till I was 12"...
Also, the Rams vs. Saints football game shown on TV in the movie was from November 24th 1980...the MNF game 2 weeks before John Lennon's death.

Heather O'RourkeBorn - 27 December 1975 San Diego, California, USA Died - 1 February 1988 San Diego, California, USA. (cardiopulmonary arrest) Mini biography Heather O’Rourke died in her hometown of San Diego, on February 1st 1988 after becoming severely ill the day before, which was January 31st. The significant thing about the date of January 31st 1988 is that is when Superbowl XXII took place, in San Diego, California. Here, in Poltergeist, we see a Superbowl XXII poster for 1988, keep in mind Poltergeist was filmed in 1982. And there is no mention of or reason for the film to be taking place in 1988. The 1988 Superbowl featured the Washington Redskins vs. the Denver Broncos. The Redskins won, with a comeback. The final score was 42-10Carol Anne first communicates with the spirit in the tv on channel 42. Her father and his friends watch a football game on channel 10. While they are watching the game, the mom is in the kids' room. The moment that she discovers that the kids’ pet canary has died, we can see the Superbowl 1988 poster behind her. The Redskins' Doug Williams was the first African-American to quarterback a Superbowl. Which brings to mind Jackie Robinson #42. (released three days before Boston bombing) Also interesting that Scatman Crothers watches channel 10 in The Shining, which is when he and Danny experience the communication of “the Shine”. Also, in that film, Danny is seen watching Summer of ’ 42 on tv. The Overlook Hotel in The Shining was built on Native American burial grounds (Redskins). The home in Poltergeist was built on a graveyard with the bodies still underground. Scatman Crothers was in One Flew Over the Cukoo’s Nest with Jack Nicholson. Will Sampson,The Native American in that film, was also in Poltergeist II with Heather O’Rourke. “It’s ok… he saw it on the television.”The sacrificial ramGoodbye Ruby Tuesday Poltergeist takes place in Simi Valley, Ca, near LA. (As does E.T., also directed by Spielberg). LA = OZ when the alphabet is folded in half. also, NY is one letter off from OZ, by just scooting the alphabet one letter over. Speaking of celebrities dying in 1988: While watching Beetlejuice, I always assumed the guy strongly resembling Roy Orbison in the waiting room of the Land of the Dead was an homage to the recently departed Roy Orbison. But then I decided to look up the actual dates. Beetlejuice was released in March of 1988 Roy Orbison died in Decemeber of 1988 Donnie Darko takes place in 1988. The central theme of the film being time travel. That alone is a major sync with Back to the Future, as the Delorean needs to reach 88/mph to travel through time. But, to drive the point home, BttF is mentioned in Donnie Darko. I am the rabbit!

Another Shining connection is that when Carol-Ann sits in front of the TV in her parents bedroom, the time on the TV-set shows 2.37.
Also, the movie is 114 minutes long and Dominique Dunne died on 11/4 in 1982.

www.beatlesinterviews.org/db1966.0819.beatles.htmlThe Beatles concert in Memphis, when they sustained death threats and then endured firecrackers going off during the performance, also possibly referenced by the Welcome the Rolling Stones Good Guys shirt worn by the doll on Sgt. Pepper, which has WMPS, a Memphis radio station, on the sleeve. Days between the February 9th 1964 Ed Sullivan show performance and this show in Memphis? 922 Attachments:

I started my own quest about a 2 years before hearing about Joe Niezgoda's The Lennon Prophecy book...I didn't and still don't think he's right about the deal with the devil but as this Coast to Coast broadcast illustrates, these guys (Niezgoda and Gary Patterson) seem now to be getting closer to what I would regard as the true interpretation of the John Lennon Beatles Clues...
Ultra-interesting is Bill Harry's story of Alex Tannis (Tannis Root?) predicting an upcoming death in New York on NBC on September 8th 1980. That story starts at 1:14:05. Strangely, Richard Nixon said this on Today that same day. “You know, they’re a tough bunch, believe me, these Georgia boys."

In an odd slip, Gerald Ford pardons Richard Nixon starting on the date of the Moon landing on July 20th 1969 rather than the start of the term which was January 20th 1969.
I'm surprised the Kubrick Moon hoax crowd doesn't use this, but I think the slip of the tongue might mean something...

Wow, lots of great stuff.
Speaking of Memphis:
"When Osiris absorbed the identity of Ptah, becoming Ptah-Seker-Osiris, the Apis bull became considered an aspect of Osiris rather than Ptah. Since Osiris was lord of the dead, the Apis then became known as the living deceased one. As he now represented Osiris, when the Apis bull reached the age of twenty-eight (if), the age when Osiris was said to have been killed by Set, symbolic of the lunar month, and the new moon, the bull was put to death with a great sacrificial ceremony...this would take place in MEMPHIS."
PID legend states Paul’s last interview was in Memphis.

PID legend states Paul’s last interview was in Memphis. I didn't realize that, how come they don't think its LA? I agree he looks different in SF on the 29th but the day before in LA I thought he looked very shiny yet. Shinier in fact than he looked for the Rain or Paperback Writer videos earlier in '66.
